Apartment in stone house in small country property with only 4 apartments. Exceptional panoramic position, only 4 km from the charming town of Asciano in southern Tuscany.
This beautiful farmhouse is located in Asciano county side in Crete Senesi area it is about 4km far from Asciano and Serre di Rapolano, it has four apartments for rent in two different houses. The apartments have been restored respecting Tuscan tradition style with wood beams ceilings, cotto tiles floors and the local travertine stone. Elegant and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has private outside area with private garden furniture.
The farmhouse is situated up on a hill, with swimming pool and large green areas around, and provides clients high privacy. The swimming pool (6 x 12 mt, 1,10 mt -1,90 mt deep) is for common use. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The apartment Dante is situated on the ground floor in the smaller house and consists of:
Independent entrance .Spacious living-dining room, equipped kitchen corner, (4 rings gas, oven, dishwasher, fridge), sofa bed for two, tv (no sat), fireplace, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. From the bedroom access to the garden through a French door.
Internet wifi.
The last 2,5 km before arriving at the house is gravel road in good conditions.
Other: restaurants, pharmacy, bank, post office, small food shops at 4 km ca. (Asciano) - Thermal Spa at Rapolano Terme 15 km ca.

Apartment with access to 2 swimming pools, one 20 x 8 mt. Private furnished outdoor area. Outstanding views of the rolling countryside, with Siena in the background. A newly restored apartment with entrance from first floor located in a large rustic complex dating back to the Middle Ages, not far from the small village of Asciano. Here you have a 360 degrees view over the rolling landscape with Siena in the background. A 5x6 mt swimming pool and a bigger one of 20 x 8 meters are at the guest's disposal. In all, there are 28 apartments on the property. In the small village of Asciano, along the cobblestone streets are the shops and restaurants. This is a lesser known and still unspoiled area in the Siena province. A very nice and private furnished terrace belongs to Momo where you can sit and relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartment has the entrance on the first floor and is divided into two levels. It consists of: Living room with sofa bed, Tv, fireplace and a kitchen corner (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a small oven, gas hob, toaster), bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom with twin beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower in the bath. The decor is simple but nice and functional. The two pools are located in a wonderful position a bit further down the hill. One measures mt. 20 x 8 with a various depth of mt. 0,70 to 1,60. The second one mt. 6 x 5 with a depth of mt. 1,40. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Two reserved parking spaces inside the property.
