Apartment with private panoramic terrace on a small agriturismo with large pool and well-kept child-friendly garden with good flat areas.The farm is located about 4 km from the characteristic and lesser-known town of Asciano with lovely restaurants and bars, and just 20 km from Siena itself. Here you will get the expanses in the view you dream of when you think of Tuscany - the view is hardly interrupted but continues as gentle hills.On the farm, a good olive oil is produced and you will be surrounded by about 132 hectares of hilly landscape, which belongs to the owners. The view over the very special Crete Senese landscape is unique both from the swimming pool and from the apartments. Enjoy the changing colours depending on the season you visit.The family has renovated the old farmhouse into 7 very spacious and bright apartments, each with its own entrance. Each apartment has a private furnished outdoor area or terrace. The decor respects the Tuscan traditions with stone floors and handmade wooden furniture with a touch of family heirloom.The place is very child-friendly. In the large park with flat grassy areas is the 7 x 14 metre in-ground swimming pool with a depth of 1.45 m. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and there are shaded areas.The apartment is on the first floor and consists of:Private entrance to a living room with satellite TV, double sofa bed and kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge), fireplace. Two double bedrooms, one of which has divisible beds. A bathroom with shower.Direct access to a large furnished private and completely secluded 1st floor terrace. From here you have the most fantastic view over the hilly landscape. Access to a large communal barbecue in the garden. Shared washing machine EU 5/wash. WiFi.Also: Restaurant, pharmacy, post office, bank, shopping, bike rental etc. in Asciano approx. 4 km. Rapolano Thermal Baths approx. 15 km.Distances: Asciano 4 km - Siena 20 km - Arezzo 40 km - Florence 90 km - Pisa 150 km - Rome 180 km.

Vi var fire voksne afsted.
To tilpas store soveværelser, et fint rent og pænt badeværelse, praktisk køkken, og en terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt over det billedskønne landskab.
Poolen ligger 20 meter væk, og er rigtig lækker. 1.5 meter i den dybesee more

To tilpas store soveværelser, et fint rent og pænt badeværelse, praktisk køkken, og en terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt over det billedskønne landskab. Poolen ligger 20 meter væk, og er rigtig lækker. 1.5 meter i den dybe ende med klart og velbehandlet vand. Der var mellem 35-40 grader i skyggen, så vi badede det meste af dagen. Ejendomsbestyrene hilste på hver dag, og forhørte sig pænt om der var noget vi manglede. Vi anbefaler lejligheden. |
