Description
Large apartment on a centrally located vineyard only 10 km from Lucca. Swimmingpool and WIFI. Childfriendly with play areas. Possiblity to eat on the farm.
This is a vineyard in a magnificent scenery surrounded by 160 hectares of private land of which 20 consists of vineyards. The very central position makes the place a perfect starting-point for those who wish to combine a holiday in the country with excursions to the more famous Tuscan cities such as Florence, Pisa and not at least Lucca.
The farm consists of 7 apartments in different sizes situated in the old farm house and in the main building, a villa dating back to the 1200's. In the villa you feel the breath of the past. The ancient terracotta floors, the beamed ceilings and the rustic furniture, all in perfect harmony with the modern comfort.
A great advantage on this place are the owners that are extremely helpful and polite and very focused on the guests' needs. It is possible to buy the wine produced on the farm and other local products. In the basement of the villa, in the ancient wine cellar tasting of local products will be arranged. Must be booked in advance .
The farm is surrounded by a big park with Pine and Magnolia trees, here you will find furnished areas, a play ground for children and the swimming pool (mt.12 x 7, depth 1,35 mt). Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Dino is situated on the first floor in the farm house and consists of:
Living room/dining room with two sofa beds and tv, kitchen (gas hob, fridge with freezer, toaster), two spacious double bedrooms each with an extra bed. Two bathrooms with bathtub/shower. The interiors are in simple but functional style. There are terracotta floors and mix of old and modern furniture. Internet wifi, common laundry with coins.
Other: railway station in Altopascio km. 2 - restaurants in Montecarlo km. 3 or Altopascio km. 2 - golf court 20 minutes by car - supermarket km. 1,8.
Distances: Lucca km. 10 - Pisa km. 25 - Florence km. 65 - Viareggio beaches km. 30 - motorway exit/entrance km. 3 - the Pinocchio park km. 15.
