Apartment in a charming stone house on a nice, child friendly property with shared pool and walking distance to a small village.

Tonino is on the second floor of a charming stone house located at the periphery of the typical Tuscan village of Colle di Compito, south of Lucca. The village can be reached on foot. The apartment is very cosy with beamed ceilings; the décor is simple, but reflects the Tuscan tradition and fits in well so that the ambience is emphasized. The house has three other apartments for rent. The owners live next door.
The apartment consists of:
Hall leading to lounge with kitchenette (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), satellite tv, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with an extra bed. Ceiling fans in the bed rooms and in the sitting room.
The stone house is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with grassy areas and olive trees. From the house there is a great view of the olive grove, since the house is on somewhat elevated ground. From the fenced swimming pool area, around the 5 x 10 meters (depth 1,50 meters) sunken swimming pool, you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the deck chairs. The swimming pool is shared between all the guests and the owners. There is access to a toilet and outdoor shower. Children in or around the swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times.
Access to safety boxes, shared laundry, air conditioning, internet wifi, table tennis, parking inside the property.
Other: bus stop for Lucca and Pisa 300 meters - a small grocery 400 meters - tennis courts 400 meters - supermarket 4.5 km - restaurant 300 meters.
Distances: Lucca km. 13 - Viareggio beaches km. 35 - Florence km. 70 - Pisa km. 25.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten, Sitzecken und super Pool. Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt war toll.

Et fantastisk opphold i Italia

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i Italia. Det eneste vi kan klage på er været(vi fikk noen dager med lyn og torden og masse regn) og det er vel lite dere kan gjøre med det.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i Italia. Det eneste vi kan klage på er været(vi fikk noen dager med lyn og torden og masse regn) og det er vel lite dere kan gjøre med det. Huset vi bodde i var kjempeflott, stor hage og basseng. Christina og Marco var noen nydelige mennesker, var det noe vi lurte på så fikk vi hjelp. Opplevde en gjestfrihet,hjelpsomhet overalt hvor vi var. Hos den lokale slakteren hentet de noen engelsktalene, slik at vi fikk handla. Hos bakeren ble vi så godt kjent at vi fikk tilbud om å betale neste dag, da det så ut som vi ikke hadde nok penger med. Var i Lucca og spiste på en resturant som het Kantina. Der var det også mulighet for vinsmaking, og de hadde utsalg av vin. Vi hadde et nydelig måltid der. Kan anbefales til andre. Den lå innenfor bymuren. Vi har allerede anbefalt dere til andre som planlegger tur til Toscana-område. Og når vi skal tilbake( en gang) blir det nok tilbake til Christina og Marco. Virkelig et flott sted de har. Lisbeth |

Ground floor apartment with pool and a child friendly, fenced garden. Restaurant at 1 km. Good hiking area. A newly built and completely detached house in modern style divided into two units for rent. Centrally located, from here it is easy to get to the main roads connecting you with other parts of Tuscany if you want to make day trips. You are close to Pisa and Lucca and you also live in a residential neighborhood with Italian neighbors. The nearest village that can be reached by foot is called Castelvecchio. Close to the house there is also a beautiful area for hiking; just across the road there is a path that leads you to a WWF protected natural area where if you are lucky you can watch rare birds. On the backside of the house you will find the 7x3 meter large swimming pool with a depth of 1,20 mt. and a Jacuzzi. It is located just above the house and can be reached along wide stone stairs. By the pool there is an area with sun loungers and it it surrounded with fruit trees so according to season there will be fresch fruit. The pool is shared with the guests in the other apartment. Children in or around the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times. The apartment is on one floor and consists of: Spacious, bright living room with sofa bed and TV, open and well equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, American coffe maker, toaster, kettle).The kitchen leads out on a furnished outdoor area with barbecue in the child-friendly garden.
