The apartment is located just outside Lucca's ancient city wall in an older building, on the quaint street of Borgo Giannotti with various small shops like delicatessen, greengrocer an bread shops right outside the door. In a few minutes you walk into the city center with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions.
You can drive by car to the door, something that is not possible if you stay inside the walls. If you are traveling without a car, you will find both a bus and railway station within a short distance. For example, by walking on the wall.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of:
Living room with kitchen corner (fridge, freezer, gas stove, micro, dishwasher, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster), dining table, sofa and tv.
Along 2 steps you reach the sleeping area with a double room and a bathroom with shower.
From the bedroom there is access to a 25 m2 large terrace with barbecue.
The apartment has been recently restored and the décor is very nice and bright.
There is air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the living room.
Internet wifi and washing machine.
The owner asks you please not to smoke in the apartment.

Hej Lucca var fantastisk, vejret super og boligen super. Rigtig god beliggenhed i hyggeligt område, og der var alt, hvad man har brug for. Lidt indviklet med affaldssystemet…til vi lige lærte det😉 Vi lejede cykler en dag, og kørte op til Villa Reale,see more

Lidt indviklet med affaldssystemet…til vi lige lærte det😉 Vi lejede cykler en dag, og kørte op til Villa Reale, lejede bil en dag og kørte op langs kysten og badede i havet. Super fint med bestilling hos jer, god vejledning og opfølgning både før, under og nu efter opholdet. Også godt med jeres blog, der helt klart er en god appetizer Eneste minus er at det kun er Ryanair der flyver ud af Billund🥶 Vi rejser gerne med jer igen…tak for et dejligt ophold👍🏻😊 Mvh Jens & Birgitte

Al Borgo is newly restored and decorated in nice Tuscan style with beautiful, exposed chestnut beams in the roof. There are high ceilings and a beautiful light coming in from the windows. The apartment is in an older building that has been restored and is located just outside the city walls of Lucca. You live on a very quaint street; Via Borgo Giannotti with small delicious delicatessen shops, bread shops, greengrocer and a very good icecream bar, right outside the door. You can walk into the city center in a few minutes. The special thing about this apartment is that you live with the whole center within walking distance, with restaurants, shops and attractions, but you can still drive the car right to the door. This is not possible if you live inside the wall. If you are traveling without a car, you will find both a bus and railway station within a short distance. The apartment is on the second floor and consists of: Living room and kitchen in one (gas cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle), dining area and sofa (sofa bed), smart TV. Along a few steps you will reach the double room (the beds can be separated) where there is a desk if you need to work during your stay. One bath room with shower and a furnished terrace of approximately 14 m2. Washing machine, tumble dryer and internet wifi. The owner asks guests please not to smoke in the apartment. Apartment situated on the ground floor in a renovated farmhouse with private garden furnished for outdoor eating and relax. Shared pool. WiFI. Excellent position, not far from Lucca and close to a restaurant/pizzeria. The farmhouse has been recently restored and divided into eight units of which only a few are habitually utilized. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature in one of Lucca's wine regions "Colline Lucchesi" which produces excellent wines. In this area there are also a lot of olive groves used in the preparation of the famous virgin olive oil from Lucca. The swimming pool 12 x 6,50 mt with a varying dept of 1,20 mt to 1,50 mt is situated close to the house and it's shared with the other guests. It is completely fenced but children in or around the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times. The house has been restored with great care trying to preserve as much as possible of the original style. The apartment Mandolo is on two floors and consists of: Bright living room with sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) , fire place, satellite tv, kitchen corner (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine). On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (hair dryer). Aircondition in the bedroom. WiFI. Heating and washing machine. Private parking inside the property, heating.
