Ground floor apartment in a villa in beautiful Mediterranean style with pool and walking distance to the beach, grocery and restaurant.
Camarsa is a beautiful villa in Mediterranean style, divided into two comfortable apartments, situated just a stone's throw away from a wonderful sandy beach near Marsala, 30 km south of Trapani. In the direct vicinity of the house, along the wine route, among endless vineyards and ancient farmhouses, are the renowned wine cellars open for visits and tastings of the delicious Marsala wine. Moreover from Camarsa can easily be visited many of the western Sicily ancient towns and natural attractions, such as the medieval village of Erice, the charming Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia, the beaches of San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve.
Designed with outside living in mind, these two apartments boast large, private terraces equipped to relax on, which can be lit up at night. They offer spacious, well proportioned, bright interiors furnished with great taste and functionality with a lovely mix of styles and nice ethnic pieces.
Camarsa 1 is situated on the ground floor and consists of:
living room (satellite tv and dvd recorder), kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, micro), one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
In front of the apartment there is a furnished veranda, overlooking the garden of 700 m2 in common use.
In the garden there is a brand new swimming pool of 10 x 4 mt with a depth from 1,20 to 1,40 mt. It is shared with the guests in the other apartment. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The house is equipped with washing machine, iron, barbecue, outside shower and parking inside the property. Baby bed and high chair on request.
