Description
A bright and spacious apartment situated in a most fantastic position on the top of a hill north of Lucca. Walking distance to a village. Pool.
From the property you have a marvelous view over the typical Tuscan landscape with olive grows and wine yards. The apartment is a part of a small ancient village built around the main building, an antique villa, dating back to the 1400 century. Once the buildings where Anna is situated were occupied by the servants, working for the owners of the villa, the noble family Guinigi.
Today all the houses have been restored and changed in to 40 high standard apartments but at the moment only 13-15 of these are inhabited. A careful restoration has been done preserving the original atmosphere with stones and beamed ceilings and askew windows. This is a place where you will find all kind of comfort such as internet, tv, air conditioning and a common swimming pool in a wonderful position in the park.
Within the park, in the antique villa, there is an indoor pool (not heated), a small fitness room and a sauna. All at the guests' disposal.
The apartment Anna is situated on the first floor in a building with other three apartments and consists of:
A spacious living room with high, beamed ceilings and satellite tv. In this room there is also a kitchenette and a dining place (oven, cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso machine).Two spacious double bedrooms each one with its own bathroom with shower, in one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine.
The bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the apartment which makes the place perfect for two couples. From the living room across winding stairs you reach a wooden loft with a double sofa bed. There are mosquito nets in the windows and aircondition in the living room.
Parking, heating and internet connection.
In the big park that surrounds the houses you will find the swimming pool (7 x 15 mt x 1,40 mt deep). It is shared with the other guests, open 09.00 am until 7.00 pm. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Common furnished areas.
Other: small food shops, pharmacy, small restaurant in Matraia, 200 mt by foot - bakery and pizzeria/restaurant le Colonne 600 mt - supermarket 5 km - tennis in Ponte a Moriano.
Distances: Lucca town center km. 11 - Pisa km. 35 - Versilia beaches km. 33 - Florence km. 80.

Vi havde en skøn uge i ANNA - dejlig lejlighed med fin plads til 4 voksne. Området er meget smukt, dejlig poolområde og meget søde "værter" på stedet. Feriebolig i bakkerne bag Lucca - i vores tilfælde i Matria - er bare noget helt særligt. Skønne omsee more

Feriebolig i bakkerne bag Lucca - i vores tilfælde i Matria - er bare noget helt særligt. Skønne omgivelse, lokale restauranter og forholdsvis tæt på Lucca. Lucca er for os en særlig by, som vi elsker at besøge flere gange under vores ferie. Boligerne er autentiske og fint udstyret med alt hvad man har brug for.

Wir waren 14 Tage für work and travel hier. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption haben sich vorbildlich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ist im typischen Stil der Toskana eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für 14 Tage Urlaub braucht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön in einem Park gelegen. Und da wir zwischendurch auch etwas gearbeitet haben, war uns ein stabiles und schnelles Internet wichtig. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit Probleme, um zum Beispiel Zoom-Meetings abzuhalten.

Det er et super dejligt sted, med nogle fantastiske omgivelser. Vi har haft en rigtig dejlig ferie, og kan kun anbefale stedet. Det er tæt på Lucca by som er rigtig hyggelig, og der er mulighed for indkøb i et større center lige neden for bjerget. Visee more

Det er tæt på Lucca by som er rigtig hyggelig, og der er mulighed for indkøb i et større center lige neden for bjerget. Vi fik og besøgt Firenze og Pisa, stedet ligge centralt hvis nogle af de større byer skal besøges.
