The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern Sicilian building divided into two units, each with its own terrace with sea views. The location is perfect if you want to combine a beach holiday at one of Sicily's most famous beaches with excursions and experiences on the island. In San Vito lo Capo there is a child-friendly white sandy beach and crystal clear bathing water.
The house is located in a quiet part of San Vito lo Capo which is a vibrant seaside resort with many exciting restaurants of all price ranges. In the village you will find everything you could need as fruit and vegetables shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and many characteristic pottery shops. Here, a very local and authentic atmosphere prevails, mainly with Sicilian and other Italian guests.

The long sandy beach is divided into private areas where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas for a small amount, but there is also a free beach where you can bring your own equipment. There are restaurants, bars, ice cream bars but you can also choose to eat at home, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. For the more active ones, it is possible to rent paddleboards or take a ride on the banana which is pulled by a motor boat. It is also possible to rent a pedal boat for the whole family or why not take a walk along the shore to the characteristic harbor of the village.

San Vito lo Capo is also centrally located to explore the western side of Sicily. Don't miss "La Riserva dello Zingaro"; a protected nature reserve bordering the village. Here you can hike along the paths and enjoy the fantastic view. Or you can rent a rubber boat or take an organized boat trip that starts in San Vito lo Capo's harbor, to see the reserve from the sea or to reach the exciting places where you can snorkel.
With the village as a starting point, you can also make daytrips to exciting villages such as Scopello or to Erice where you take a cable car to get up. Trapani, Marsala and the archipelago "isole Egadi" or the large Greek temple in Segesta are also within a relatively short distance. This is the perfect place if you want to combine beach life, culture and nature making your holiday full of different experiences.

The property is located in a fully fenced area with a secure parking. It is nice and simply furnished in a modern style. It has well-functioning internet wifi and air conditioning in every room.

The apartment is on the first floor with entrance from outside along a staircase. At the end of the stairs, in the garden, you have your own furnished outdoor area but there is also a furnished roof terrace with sea views.
Entrance into living room with TV and open, well equipped kitchen with dining area (gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker). One double room with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower. Along an internal staircase you reach the roof where the beautiful, furnished terrace is located. From here you can enjoy the view and the beautiful sunset which makes the mountains change colour.
