Rosi is a nice and homelike apartment on the first floor in a beautiful old large rustic building, which has been divided into 3 separate apartments. Located north east of Lucca, in a DOC registered area, the location of this property is ideal to combine village life, with local amenities, and to marvel at the splendour of Tuscan nature. Many sightseeing opportunities are within a close proximity, such as; the Villas of Lucca, vineyards, cosy villages on top of mountains, in all of which times seems to have stopped.
Rosi is a wonderful holiday location, the photographs can only give you a brief glimpse into this charming and tasteful home, from which you can base you Tuscan adventure or simply kick back and relax on your holiday.
You will be able to discover local production of extra virgin olive oils and wines, which are DOC standard.
This property is furnished in a very comfortable, cosy and welcoming style, whilst preserving the antiquated structure of the ceiling, by keeping the large oak beams exposed.

An external staircase which you proceed up to arrive at the entrance, from which you enter directly into a bright & sunny living area, with TV, lovely corner kitchen area, with separate dining area (dishwasher, oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is possibility to add an extra bed.
Outside you will find an extensive olive tree grove, alongside is a charming pergola with a BBQ and a small Jacuzzi area in common use with the guests in the other apartments, an outdoor shower,toys for children and an outhouse for laundry complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Internet WiFi, private parking.
The final 150 meters before you arrive at this property are on a gravel road.
Other: Supermarket 1.2 km - Bar, Grocery shop and butchers 300 meters - Restaurant /pizzeria 1.5 km - swimming pool 8.5 km. Possibility to join a tasting of local products on the property. Danitalia's guests have 5% reduction of the price. Here you can also buy virgin olive oil produced by the owners.
