Segromigno in Monte - Farm stay

Apartment situated on a small vineyard with shared pool and walking distance to a small village. View and WIFI.

This is a small vineyard lying on top of a hill. Situated in the wonderful wine area by Segromigno in Monte, not far from Lucca, it has a spectacular view. The owners produce excellent D.O.C. registered red and white wine and olive oil. In this area are also found the villas of the aristocracy mentioned in guidebooks. This is a rather special and attractive location since vineyards and a wonderful outdoors surround the property, yet it lies at the periphery of a small village, where there are some stores and a restaurant.

The place consists of two stone farmhouses that have been restored into 4 spacious apartments. All have a private entrance and a private, furnished outdoor area right in front of the entrance where one can enjoy the fantastic view.
From the swimming pool, completely fenced, which is 13 x 7 meters with a graduated depth of 1.20 to 1.40 meters, there is a panoramic view. The swimming pool and the swimming pool area are shared between all the apartments. Children in the swimming pool and the surrounding pool area must be under adult supervision at all times. The pool has a brand new ozone depuration system.

In the garden, among the olive trees guests can find a barbeque, a room with a common washing machine and iron equipment and outdoor areas for shared usage. Since the terrain is hilly but not mountainous and since the owner's land is extensive, the area is ideal for biking and hiking trips.

Bordo 1 is a part of the main building, is on two levels, and consists of:
Entry to a living room with fireplace, satellite tv and stereo bluetooth, a kitchen with a typical stone sink (dish washer, oven, gas stove, fridge w/freezer compartment, American coffee machine, micro, toaster and kettle), and a small utility room.
On the first floor are two double rooms, one twin bed-room, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
Possibility to put in a small additional bed in one of the bedrooms.

The interior decor is rustic, as one would expect in Tuscany, simple but functional. The original beamed ceilings and the stone floors are retained giving the rooms additional charm.
Central heating, parking, internet wifi available.
