Detached rustic villa situated in a wonderful place at a top of a hill with a fantastic view over the landscape. Private pool.
The area is called Crete Senesi, only 10 km from Siena, which is one of the most characteristic landscapes in the whole Tuscany. It is full of colourful fields and curvy, scenic roads. You'll see an endless parade of classic Tuscan scenes, rolling hills topped with medieval towns, olive groves, rustic stone farmhouses, and a skyline punctuated with cypress trees. The house is surrounded by a big , lush and totally fenced garden. Here you will find the private swimming pool,
4 x 8 mt, 1,20 mt deep. It is required that children near or in the pool are under adult supervision at all times.
The house has been recently restored in a tasteful style with visible wooden beams in the ceilings and original antique terracotta floors. The house is full of light streaming in through the big windows.
Cole is in two floors with entrance through the kitchen (gas hob, fridge w. freezer, oven, dishwasher) living room with tv, stereo and fireplace. One bathroom w. shower.
