Spacious country villa with private pool and outdoor kitchen. Large covered terrace. Walking distance to bar/grocery store. Aircondition. WIFI. Table tennis.
Very authentic location in the hills around Lucca, surrounded by beautiful countryside, overlooking olive groves and vineyards. The residence is completely undisturbed but with Italian neighbors so you do not feel too isolated. Extremely centrally located for sight-seeing and near a small village. You can very easily get to restaurants, wine tasting at the surrounding farms - there is a wine farm within walking distance - like the well-known noble family villas not far from here.
It is a spacious villa with cozy homelike atmosphere more than a rental house. There is a lovely large covered patio area right outside the door, which is furnished for dining. Here you will undoubtedly get to spend many hours.
The 6 x 12 meter swimming pool is located in front of the property overlooking the kind of landscape one imagines to find in Tuscany. The depth varies from 1.20 to 1.80 mt. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
At the pool you have a large covered furnished terrace with table tennis and a rustic outdoor kitchen consisting of table, sink, grill.
The house is surrounded by a large property with access to a flat lawn suitable children's play.
The house is rustic with wood-beamed ceilings, original stone floors and the decor is simple familial. The house developes over three levels and is therefore well suited for more families travelling together. It consists of:
Entrance on the ground floor level to the living room with smart tv, open plan dining kitchen (antique stone sink, large kitchen with six burners, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine), large living room with dining area that opens up to the covered terrace. Room with washing machine.
A few steps down from the living room is a large double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.This room has direct access to the garden.
On the top floor are four bedrooms with double bed, the master bedroom has tv. One of these rooms has a private bathroom and closed stair access to ground floor room. A twin bedroom. Two bathrooms. The bedrooms on the first floor has air conditioning.
Wifi. Baby beds and high chairs. (Max allowed two babies more then the 12 people). Hairdryer. Covered parking within the property.

The house was lovely, the pool very nice and the bbq and pizza oven a very nice touch. The gardens are big and well taken care of. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Communication was clear and easy with the team. We would definitely bsee more

Nice place,accurate to description, During a stay we had someone coming over to cut a grass and clean a swimming pool. Overall villa was nice,inside kept in original old looking fashion.Equipped with dishwasher,fridge,microwave and large stove.

Die Villa ist wunderschön mit einem riesige eingezäunten Grundstück. Fußballplatz, Tischtennis und ein toller Pool lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Die Besitzer haben direkt bei einem fehlenden Pizzaschieber reagiert und eine neuen gebracht. Wirklich tollsee more
