The property is located North-West of the stunning medieval city of Lucca (9km away), a must-see when visiting the Tuscan region. The secluded position grants complete privacy and a truly relaxing experience.
The villa is split in two houses, one next to the other, making the property perfect for a special gathering of friends or families who want to retain some privacy. Each house has its own covered terrace overlooking the pool as well as kitchen and living room. The owners have furnished them thinking of all comforts needed during an Italian holiday; air-conditioning in all the rooms, comfortable sitting areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, extremely well-furnished modern kitchens etc.
Both houses have been designed with particular attention to details, respecting the character of its original construction. They are furnished in an elegant yet comfortable style, enhancing the timeless Tuscan charm with original materials such as marble, stone and cotto tiles. Bright quality fabrics complement the ambience conferring to the interiors a warm touch.
This beautiful Italian villa is set in an ideal location for those looking to visit all the main Tuscan sightseeing such as Florence, San Gemignano, the Versilia coast, Pisa etc.
The 12 x 6 meter big infinity swimming pool is located in front of the house, on a slightly lower level, with comfortable sun loungers all around. You can see the pool from the large terrace which makes the place extra child friendly. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The two houses consist of:
Main House - 6 people
Ground floor: Entrance, living room with kitchen/dining room and sitting area with fireplace opening on to terrace with outdoor eating area, pantry laundry room, guest bathroom.
First floor: Entrance, large sitting room with fireplace, study, bathroom (shower).
Second floor: Master (queen) bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower), two twin bedrooms (one of which joinable together) with en-suite bathroom (shower).
Guest House - 5 people
Ground floor: entrance, sitting room, kitchen with dining area opening on to the garden with large veranda for outdoor meals, single bedroom (with pull out bed) bathroom (shower).
First floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub and separate shower).
Other: cleaning service 10 hours/week included, electric car charging station in the parking area up to a speed of 11kw (available at extra cost). Barbeque available.
