Description
Large stone house in a panoramic position in the area of Montaione. Outstanding views of the classic Tuscan Chianti landscape. The house is surrounded by a large well-kept park with ample opportunity for an active holiday. WiFi.
The house is completely detached with its own entrance and a shielded terrace. It is located on a property with four other houses, spread over a large area with varying terrain where one can stroll and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The 14 x 8 meters large, fenced swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 mt is surrounded by sun loungers in the middle of the park and shared between all the apartments. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
In addition to the pool there is also a Paddle tennis court, football pitch, a boules court, table tennis, paths starts in the park and carries into the forest suitable both for walking, jogging and tours in mountain bike. There is also an artificial lake where you can fish if you bring your own equipment. This is the place you dream about if you want to be active during their vacation in Tuscany. Moreover a large enclosures where ostriches and alpacas live will keep you company - and the children will for sure love it.
The apartment is newly restored and very spacious and light. It is on two floors and consists of:
A bright and spacious living room with fireplace and tv, dining place with a long table and large windows facing out to the covered veranda, a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, kettle ) a wc.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms each with tv and private bathroom with shower. Mosquito nets at the windows. Wooden beams are visible in the ceilings, which gives a partiular Tuscan atmosphere.
1 extra bed avaliable in one of the bedrooms (11th person).
Private furnished veranda with barcbeque. Parking inside the property.
Aircondition, internet wifi. Shared laundry with iron equipment (use against payment). Baby cot and high chair available.
Other: supermarket, restaurant/pizzeria and more in Montaione km. 3 - Golf Castelfalfi km. 8 - very nice osteria/trattoria in S.Vivaldo km.3 - possibility to book a local chef on the spot.
