Villa with private swimming pool and fenced, child-friendly garden, located in natural surroundings just outside the castle town of Montecarlo, very central approx. 15 km from Lucca. WiFi.

The home is an old farmhouse - the original structure has been preserved as far as possible and both the antique terracotta stone floors and the wooden beams in the ceilings have been preserved. It is a very spacious and comfortable home with a cozy interior in Tuscan country style. Il Sughero is undisturbed and surrounded by a very large, well-maintained, fenced and child-friendly garden, with two covered terraces, from which you have a view of the hilly landscape. From the residence you can make some beautiful walks; yes, you can walk up to Montecarlo itself for breakfast or a drink before dinner. Montecarlo is a cozy castle town with many cozy eateries, bars etc. The whole area is a DOC-registered wine region, especially known for its white wine production and you will be surrounded by vineyards where you do wine tasting or simply buy some local wine or olive oil. As the area has soft hills, it is suitable for both walking and cycling.

The 10.5 x 5.50 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 mt is completely private and reserved for the house's guests. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. (It is mandatory to supervise bathing children). There is a shower by the pool.
The outdoor areas with the fenced garden, which has both grassy areas and shade under the olive trees, make the place especially suitable for children.

The home is on two floors and consists of:
Entrance hall, large very well-equipped kitchen with dining table (dishwasher, gas burner, oven, fridge with small freezer, grill and characteristic antique stone sink, Nordic coffee machine, toaster), small utility room with washing machine, bathroom with shower, large living room with fireplace and satellite TV / DVD and double sofa bed. An important detail the living room is not a passage room - you get from the upper floor to the kitchen or out into the garden without entering the living room, which means that those who sleep in the living room are quite private and undisturbed.
On the first floor there is one double bed room and a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.

In front of the entrance, close to the kitchen, there is a covered furnished terrace with comfortable lounge furniture that invites for a drink before dinner. From here you can monitor the entire garden. Further down in the 2500 mq garden is another covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining and with the possibility of a barbecue.
