This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, wi-fi connection and satellite TV.
It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area.
The house is surrounded by a very large and well-maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated 6 x 12 mt. It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining.
The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. The property Nera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away.
