This restored farmhouse is a fitting vacation home for families who wish to enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. From the villa and its large, exclusive garden there are spectacular views of the surrounding area with the characteristic colours of cypresses, olive trees and vineyards.
During the hot summer days guests can refresh and relax at the private 10 x 5 mt large x 0,6-3 mt depth swimming pool set at a brief walk away from the villa, in a very peaceful position.
For those who prefer exploring Tuscany, the main attractions of our region like Lucca, Pisa, Florence or the sandy beaches in Versilia are easily accessible from this villa. The caring staff residing in a separate section of the same estate is available for any wish or assistance.

Ground Floor: Kitchen opening onto a patio/dining area; large sitting room with fireplace; laundry; one twin bedroom; two bathrooms with shower; one double bedroom.
First Floor (accessible from the exterior or from the ground floor twin bedroom): Four twin bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower; two small sitting rooms with fireplace; utility room.
