Description
LA VEDUTA is a small cozy villa with private pool and air conditioning located in the hills above Pescia with unique panoramic views.
The very central location in the middle of Tuscany allows you to combine the silence of this oasis, with visits to Lucca, Pistoia, Montecatini, Florence and more.
The holiday home is on one level and is surrounded by two hectares of wild nature combined cultivated olive trees. Here is the most beautiful panoramic view of the plain Pescia, a characteristic center famous for the flower market.
The building is completely independent in the silence of the hills with no neighbors close by. The place is suitable for those who look for a relaxing holiday with complete privacy, in close contact with nature.
The house is comfortably and cosily furnished, and consists of the following:
entrance to living / dining room with sofa bed (available for 1 children under 16) and TV, open kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, toaster, kettle), double bedroom and with "en-suite" bathroom (shower and toilet). Woodburning stove.
Heating and air conditioning, WiFi internet connection (with traffic restriction).
Outside, at the back of the house, there is a covered porch furnished for outdoor eating (with BBQ).
With a spectacular panoramic view lies the mt 6 x mt. 3 (Mt. 1.40 deep) swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers (children must be supervised).
The pool is private and not shared with anyone. By the pool you have an outdoor shower, dressing room with refrigerator for drinks.
In front of the main entrance you have another another covered porch. In this way, you can always fins a spot with sun or with shade, depending on the time of the day, washing machine.
Reserved uncovered parking inside the property (car needed).

The view (la veduta) is amazing, and sitting beside the pool for dinners as the sun goes down was a perfect experience. The house is a lovely one bedroom property with great character, the gardens are lovely and it was great seeing fireflies glowing see more

The house is a lovely one bedroom property with great character, the gardens are lovely and it was great seeing fireflies glowing in the dark after the sun went down. There’s a short walk through the olive grove thats worth doing although very steep on the way back up. Places we enjoyed visiting included Lucca, Barga, and Pistoia. We also spent a day in Firenze ( use the Villa Costanza park and tram ride!).

We have just, sadly, left this beautiful house in the hills. It’s exceptionally clean inside and the gardens are beautifully kept. Yes you need a car, yes it’s at the top of a hill however it’s tranquil and the perfect place to relax during the day asee more
We have just, sadly, left this beautiful house in the hills. It’s exceptionally clean inside and the gardens are beautifully kept. Yes you need a car, yes it’s at the top of a hill however it’s tranquil and the perfect place to relax during the day and evening We traveled to the local hill top villages, visited Florence by train. Drove to Lucca and the mountains above Lucca. When we weren’t travelling we relaxed by the pool, which has the most beautiful view. Inside the house you have everything you need. We didn’t use the BBQ. There are plenty of different place to sit of an evening around the property, from by the pool at the bistro set, the front porchthe outside rear dining area. The local supermarket Esselunga has everything you need and the town is pleasant. If you love peace , great views and are happy to drive and explore this is the place for you.

We had a lovely week long stay at La Veduta. The location was amazing, beautiful views across Pescia with stunning sunrises. The pool, lounging area and BBQ were great for relaxing evenings. The Villa its self has everything you need and felt very ausee more

Na een mooie rit door Toscane werden we nog meer verast wat voor mooi huis zich op het topje van de heuvel bevindt met uitzicht over hun eigen olijfgaard. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. s'morgens even lekker zwemmen en dan Toscane vsee more

De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. s'morgens even lekker zwemmen en dan Toscane verkennen. Na zo'n heerlijke dag is het nog genieten van het mooie uitzicht. We waren met z'n 2en. Zeker voor de rust en uitzicht voor herhaling vatbaar.
