Description
Historic residence with private pool, table tennis, billiards, located among the hills only 14 km south of Florence. A villa for large families with several furnished outdoor areas. Cleaning service included.
This huge property, located in a very panoramic position overlooking the hills of Florence and a small lake, consists of 3 parts, the oldest of which was built in the 13th century and was used afterwards by the pilgrims who stopped there to rest.
The property is located only 14 km from Florence making it a perfect location, not only for the proximity to the town, but also for exploring the surrounding countryside, and at the same time for relaxing in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
The house has been restored maintaining its charming country style.
The garden is accessible from the main entrance and also from a large veranda furnished for outdoor dining.
The swimming-pool (15 x 4 mt) is located in the higher part of the garden surrounded by comfortable sun chairs. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The villa is very spacious and well furnished in traditional Tuscan style. It is divided into several floors and consists of:
