Detached farmhouse with private swimming pool located in the hills of Lucca. Air-condition in the rooms, wifi and wonderfull garden.
This charming stone-built farmhouse dates back to the 17th century. Located in the Lucca hills, it boasts a peaceful position and fine, broad views. The functional interiors are provided with modern facilities, such as Sat-TV, internet wifi, safe, mosquito nets and stereo; air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
The farmhouse looks onto a lovely garden, with a well-kept lawn area in front, hosting a wide range of plants and flowers: geraniums in Tuscan pots, bougainvillea, roses, hydrangeas, lemon trees, a vegetable garden, a 135 year old, shade providing oak and beyond, olive trees and vineyards.
In a pleasant setting amongst the olive groves, there is a lovely private swimming pool of 6 x 12 mt x 1,2-2,2 mt depth Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
There is a sunny exposed pavement in the front of the house and a shaded veranda around the side where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals. Toni is part of a large farmhouse (the rest of the building is unused) and is particularly suitable for one family. The helpful owners are available for any kind of needs.
The house is on two floors with the following lay-out:
Ground Floor: entrance into a sitting/dining room. Well equipped kitchen with doors opening on to terrace. Bathroom with shower.
First Floor: two double bedrooms; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower.
The interiors are in simple but cozy Tuscan country style with exposed beamed ceilings.
