Segromigno in Monte - Villa

Rent a whole vineyard and get the place for yourself. Terrace and swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. All combined with walking distance to a small village with shopping and restaurants.

This is a very small vineyard lying on top of a hill. Situated in the wonderful wine area by Segromigno in Monte , not far from Lucca, it has a spectacular view. The owners produce an excellent D.O.C. registered red and white wine and olive oil. In this area are also found the villas of the aristocracy mentioned in guidebooks. This is a rather special and attractive location since vineyards and a wonderful outdoors surround the vineyard, yet it lies at the periphery of a small village, where there are stores and places to eat.

The place consists of two stone farmhouses that have been restored into 4 spacious apartments. All have a private entrance and a private, furnished outdoor area right in front of the entrance where one can enjoy the fantastic view.
From the swimming pool, completely fenced, which is 13 by 7 meters with a graduated depth of 1.20 to 1.40 meters, there is a panoramic view. Children in the swimming pool and swimming pool area must be under adult supervision at all times.The pool has a brand new ozone depuration system.

Among the olive trees there are two large BBQ's,a room with a washing machine and several outdoor areas.Since the terrain is hilly but not mountainous and since the owner's land is extensive, the area is ideal for biking and hiking trips.

Living room with fireplace and satellite TV. A kitchen with a typical stone sink (dish washer, oven, gas stove, micrco, fridge w/freezer compartment, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a small utility room.
On the first floor are two double rooms, one twin bed-room, and two bathrooms with shower (hairdryer).
Possibility to put in a small additional bed in one of the bedrooms.

Living room with fireplace and satellite TV. A kitchen with a typical stone sink (dish washer, oven, gas stove, micro, fridge w/freezer compartment, American coffee machine, kettle and toaster) and a small utility room.
On the first floor are two double rooms, one of which has twin beds, and a bathroom with hairdryer (bathtub with shower).
Possibility to put in a small additional bed in one of the bedrooms.

B.4 - M2:100 ca - Number of guests 2+2+1
Bedrooms 1 - Bathrooms 1
This is a small detached house, situated next to the main building, where the three other apartments are. There is a private, unexposed terrace with a fantastic view. The house is quite spacious but with a rather curious placement of the rooms on three levels. There is entry to the large kitchen (dish washer, oven, gas stove, fridge w/freezer compartment, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster). There is a small hall-like living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, stairs to the imposing living room with large windows facing the view. A double room where the windows are covered by the typical "mandolata", which was a place for the hay to dry at one time, a bathroom with shower (hairdryer). Possibility to put in a small additional bed in one of the rooms.

The original beamed ceilings and the stone floors are retained giving the rooms additional charm.
Central heating, parking, internet wifi available outside, washing machine and iron equipmenti available against payment.
