Detached stone house with private pool in the Vinci area. Direct access to a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and olive grove.
The property boasts beautiful views of vineyards and olive groves in the lesser-known Vinci area, between Lucca and Florence. Perfect starting point for exploring all of northern Tuscany, if one can tear themselves away from the lovely stone-covered terrace and the 5 x 10 meter sunken swimming pool, located right in front of the property. The pool has a graduated depth from 1.20 meters to 1.80 meters. It is reserved for the property's tenants and is not shared with anyone. It is mandatory to supervise children bathing.
The property is spread over 3 floors plus a basement and consists of:
entrance from the terrace to a living room with a comfortable relaxation corner, fireplace, and SAT TV, well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle), WC.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, a room with a French double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
On the top floor, charmingly under the sloping wooden ceilings, there is another double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower.
From the living room, a staircase leads down to a half basement, which is furnished as a bedroom.
The property is well-restored in a typical Tuscan style with visible masonry and wooden beams in the ceilings. Very nice materials and cozy personal decoration by the owner, who has lived in the house himself.
From the living room, there is direct access to the large covered and furnished terrace, from where you have a view of the swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, the extremely well-kept lush garden, and the classic hilly landscape.
Central heating, air conditioning, internet.
The last meters to the property are a well-maintained gravel road. Parking inside the property.
Also: grocery store, bar in the nearest village Vitolini approx. 2 km away - supermarket Sovigliana approx. 7 km away, restaurants, shops, etc. in Vinci approx. 5 km away - Golf with 9 holes approx. 5 km away.

Helt igennem fantastisk hus med flot udsigt, skøn terrasse og pool. Huset er meget velholdt og pænt, og haven rigtig fin.

Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Hyggeligt hus med alt man har brug for. Fine værelser, terrasse og pool. Velholdt have og den smukkeste udsigt. Kun 10 min i bil til butikker. De bedste anbefalinger herfra.
