Spacious apartment with air conditioning and a swimming pool on the hills of Valdinievole, just a few kilometers from Vinci and Montecatini Terme.
The unit is located on the first floor of a recently renovated historic agricultural manor house, divided into four rental units (three in the same block and one independent unit nearby). It is situated on the hills of Lamporecchio in an area known for producing DOC Chianti wine and olive oil. The property spans 8 hectares and produces oil and wine. It is close to the town of Vinci, birthplace of the renowned Leonardo, and the spa town of Montecatini Terme.
The apartment is accessed via an external staircase and a shared entrance area with another unit. It features comfortable spaces, functional furnishings, and includes the following layout:
