Description
Apartment on the ground floor with private covered terrace on a small agriturismo with large pool and well-maintained child-friendly garden with good flat areas.
The farm is located about 4 km from the characteristic and lesser-known town of Asciano with lovely restaurants and bars, and just 20 km from Siena itself. Here you will get the expanses in the view you dream of when you think of Tuscany - the view is hardly interrupted but continues as gentle hills.
On the farm, a good olive oil is produced and you will be surrounded by about 132 hectares of hilly landscape, which belongs to the owners. The view over the very special landscape of the Crete Senese is unique both from the swimming pool and from the apartments. Enjoy the changing colors depending on the season you visit.
The family has renovated the old farmhouse into 7 very spacious and bright apartments, each with its own entrance. Each apartment has a private furnished outdoor area or terrace. The decor respects the Tuscan traditions with stone floors and handmade wooden furniture, complemented by a few family heirlooms.
The place is very child-friendly. In the large park with flat grassy areas is the 7 x 14 meter in-ground swimming pool with a depth of 1.45 m. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and there are shaded areas.
The apartment is adapted for wheelchair users, is located on the ground floor and consists of:
Own entrance to living room with satellite TV, double sofa bed and kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator), fireplace. Two double bedrooms, one of which has divisible beds. A bathroom with shower. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower.
Direct access to a private covered furnished outdoor area. From here you have a view of the hilly landscape and the lush garden.
Access to a large communal barbecue in the garden. Shared washing machine EU 5/wash. WiFi.
Furthermore: Restaurant, pharmacy, post office, bank, shopping facilities, bicycle rental etc. in Asciano approx. 4 km. Rapolano Thermal Baths approx. 15 km.
