A newly restored apartment with entrance from first floor located in a large rustic complex dating back to the Middle Ages, not far from the small village of Asciano. Here you have a 360 degrees view over the rolling landscape with Siena in the background. A 5x6 mt swimming pool and a bigger one of 20 x 8 meters are at the guest's disposal. In all, there are 28 apartments on the property.
In the small village of Asciano, along the cobblestone streets are the shops and restaurants. This is a lesser known and still unspoiled area in the Siena province.
A very nice and private furnished terrace belongs to Momo where you can sit and relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartment has the entrance on the first floor and is divided into two levels. It consists of:
Living room with sofa bed, Tv, fireplace and a kitchen corner (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a small oven, gas hob, toaster), bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with twin beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower in the bath.
The decor is simple but nice and functional.
The two pools are located in a wonderful position a bit further down the hill. One measures mt. 20 x 8 with a various depth of mt. 0,70 to 1,60. The second one mt. 6 x 5 with a depth of mt. 1,40.
Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Two reserved parking spaces inside the property.
