This nice and comfortable place is located southeast of Lucca, at the foot of the mountains that share the provinces of Lucca and Pisa. A perfect starting point for those who want to see as much as possible of Tuscany and get around to the more famous places or to the sea. The property consists of a Liberty villa which is divided into two units that are rented out, a stone house with 4 more apartments and the owner's house which is located just beside the with private garden. All the apartments have been completely restored with new furnishings, new bathrooms and kitchens. The owner has aimed to preserve the Tuscan charm mixed with all modern comforts such as well-functioning internet wifi and air conditioning.
The place is very child-friendly with flat outdoor areas and fenced pool which is shared between all the apartments. Around the pool measuring 12x6 meters with a depth of 1.40 mt, there are lawns and comfortable sunbeds. The pool is cleaned with salt instead of chlorine. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The apartment Chiaro To is one of the two apartments in the villa and it consists of:
Entrance through internal stairs leading to the first floor where there is a kitchen with dining place (gashob, oven,dishwasher, micro, boiler, frige with freezer, American coffee maker). Livingroom with satellite TV, a small balcony.
Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there are two double rooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, internet wifi, washing machine, hair dryer and mosquito nets in the windows.
Outside the apartment there is a private furnished outdoor area. Grill available.
