A ground floor apartment in a beautiful country house with direct access to a private terrace with wonderful views of Lake Trasimeno on the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
Pool, tennis court and soccer, petanque.
Just 6 km from one of Italy's largest lake, Trasimeno lake that can be seen from the house.
Madone 3 is a ground floor apartment in a large stone house located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, just 6 km from one of Italy's largest lake, Trasimeno lake that can be seen from the house.
The apartment has a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the billowing landscape.
The property has been newly restored and divided into a total of 9 apartments. In the same building as Madone 3 there are other three apartments and the other 5 are divided into two separate houses.
It is a very child friendly place with large grass areas, a small playground and a table tennis. Also, the 6 x 12 mt large common pool is completely fenced. It has a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 mt. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
There is also access to a large common room for meals, a fitness room and laundry room with three washers, vegetable garden available to guests.
The apartment Madone 3 has its entrance through a few steps leading to a private, furnished veranda.
The apartment consists of:
Living room with double sofa bed and satellite TV. Kitchen corner (dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer, microwave oven). Two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The décor is simple but functional with beamed ceilings and stone floor to give the right atmosphere.
In addition to the private terrace, there are several small furnished areas in the garden and a common barbecue.
The central position of the house makes it easy to make trips around the region that has very much to offer. Visit the "capital" Perugia, the city of Assisi, where the saint San Francis was born, the medieval village of Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi or Citta 'di Castello. Trasimeno lake is of course also worth a visit for a swim or to try a new water sport. One can also take the ferry to the island Isola Maggiore.

We had a wonderful time in the House With the beautiful Garden and surroundings. Everything is Kept in Perfect condition and gisella Made Sure we had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the chicken and the playground. Our babies inspected everytsee more

The apt was clean, beautifully maintained property with a nice pool and some views of the hills. My kids loved exploring, playing games, and saying hello to the chickens. I have to say that the location is extremely remote. You absolutely need a car see more

I have to say that the location is extremely remote. You absolutely need a car to get there and get around. The closest store is a very rocky 15 min drive away in a small town. Any nicer areas to visit are 35-60min away. We did a day trip to Siena and montepulciano which are both stunning! The washing machine was old and located in a dark basement so we we did not feel comfortable using it.

Het is een prachtig huis met een mooie tuin. Zwembad en tennisbaan erg fijn! Als ik al een puntje van kritiek zou moeten noemen dan is het dat het huis wat gehorig is. Hebben wij verder geen last van gehad.

Het complex is erg verzorgd en goed onderhouden. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met grote keuken ( met oven) die we ook mochten gebruiken. Er zijn ter plaatse een zwembad, tennisveld ( met racket en tennisballen, jeu de boules, voetbalveldje, fisee more
