Apartment with privat swimming pool and large private terrace, located in a semi-detached house very close to Lucca. Air conditioning on the upper floor and WiFi. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 300 mt. for restaurant/ pizzeria.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house divided into two residential units (the ground floor apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner) and is located in the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the city of Lucca. In fact, you can cycle or hike to town along a nature trail along the Serchio River. The path will take you to Borgo Giannotti, the charming street located just outside the northern part of Lucca's city walls. Before Lucca, you will have the village of S. Alessio, with a large supermarket, butcher, ice cream bar, restaurants etc. So, here you have a centrally located home for your experience-rich holiday in the Lucca area.
In the completely fenced garden, with flat, child-friendly grass areas, you will find the mt. 9 x 5 m deep. 1.40 mt large swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. It is private for you and not shared with the owner (mandatory for supervision of children).
The apartment itself is very bright, furnished in a simple and functional way, with an independent entrance from the external staircase. It is divided as follows:
entrance to bright living room with sofa bed (TV) and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine), double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. This floor has A/C.
From the corridor, a spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor, where there is another bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden/pool. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
With direct access from the living room, you have a large equipped covered first floor terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as a relaxation area with lounge furniture. The terrace is reserved for you.

Modern and very bright apartment on the first floor inside Lucca's center. Large windows overlooking the city walls The apartment is centrally located, in an undisturbed and quiet area right next to the Piazza Santa Maria square and the main street, Via Fillungo. The apartment has its own private entrance because there are no other apartments in the building. Along a stair case you get directly into a spacious and impressive living room with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The interior is modern with design furniture and large windows. It makes you feel very much like in a private home, not at all like a rental apartment. There is a comfortable sitting area with smart tv, dvd and stereo. A long dining table is placed right in front of the windows that overlook the city wall. When you open the big windows and let the light, the air and the sounds flow in, it seems like being outdoors. The kitchen is modern and extremely well equipped (dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, micro, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster) There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (beds can be put together, must be ordered at the booking), a bathroom with shower, another twin bedroom. Very delicious decor, brand new kitchen and new bathrooms. From the living room, stairs lead up to an open loft (gate in front of the stairs for children's safety). On the loft there is a desk, if you need to work a bit during the holiday. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating, wifi, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair available. Other: shops and more within 100 mt in the centre of Lucca - pay parking 20 mt. - supermarket and free parking outside the wall, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
