Description
Ground floor apartment on a charming property in the best possible location in the area of Montaione. Wonderful views of the classic Tuscan Chianti landscape. Perfect for an active holiday. WIFI.
The apartment has private entrance and a private furnished terrace.It is located on a property with four other houses, spread over a large area with varying terrain where one can stroll and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The 14 x 8 meters large, fenced swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 mt. is surrounded by sun loungers in the middle of the park and shared between all the apartments. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
In addition to the pool there is also a Paddle tennis court, football pitch, a boules court, table tennis, paths starts in the park and carries into the forest suitable both for walking, jogging and tours in mountain bike. There is also an artificial lake where you can fish if you bring your own equipment. This is the place you dream about if you want to be active during their vacation in Tuscany. Moreover a large enclosures where ostriches and alpacas live will keep you company - and the children will for sure love it.
The apartment is located in a house with two units, each with its private entrance and terrace placed on the opposite side of the house.
Entrance from a covered, furnished terrace with barbeque, bright livingroom with tv and fireplace, kitchen corner (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, micro, American coffee maker, Espresso maker, toaster, kettle). A double room with tv and en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (the beds can be put together on request), a wheelchair friendly bathroom with shower. Mosquito nets in the windows in the bedrooms.
Parking inside the proptery, aircondition, internet wifi. Shared laundry with iron equipment (use against payment). Baby cot and high chair available.
Other: supermarket, restaurant/pizzeria and more in Montaione km. 3, Golf Castelfalfi km. 8- very nice osteria/trattoria in S.Vivaldo km. 3. Possibility to book a local chef on the spot.
