This very charming country house been restructured and divided into three separate apartments. This property is part of a wine estate producing wine and olive oil. It is located in the hills just a few kilometres from the historic centre of Lucca. You will enjoy a wonderful panoramic location in a bright apartment, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and all the comforts provided.
The apartment Farba is on the ground floor and consists of:
Enter directly into the living room which has satellite tv, a fully equipped kitchen corner (oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), a double bedroom, a bedroom with French double-bed, a bathroom with shower.
Outside, in the garden, there is a shaded, furnished area reserved for Barco's guests.
The large swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters and 1.50 meters depth is located in a wonderful panoramic position and it is shared between the apartments. Access to shared BBQ.
Private parking within the property grounds. Safety deposit box, heating, internet wireless, shared washing machine in the basement.
You may want to buy the wine and olive oil products from the owner.
On request of the owner, please do not smoke inside the apartment.

The Farba apartment was in a beautiful rural location, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. The pool, although not heated, was lovely to swim in. The apartment furnishings and equipment is rustic but has everything you need. Locally we found some see more
The Farba apartment was in a beautiful rural location, overlooking vineyards and olive groves. The pool, although not heated, was lovely to swim in. The apartment furnishings and equipment is rustic but has everything you need. Locally we found some good restaurants, but you will need a car. The drive to Lucca, a wonderful medieval walled town, is only 15 minutes drive and well worth a visit.
