This is a small and comfortable villa with private pool sleeping up to 6 people which has been renovated in 2018. It is perfect for a family with young children or for friends travelling together. Its position is ideal for those looking to spend time in the countryside while being very close to a city - the stunning city of Lucca is just 15 km away. Conveniently located in Colle di Compito with a small grocery store, butcher and bar, it is also very close by the coast of Versilia and guests have easy access to the main Tuscany sightseeing such as Florence, Pisa, San Gemignano etc.
The swimming pool 12 x 6 meter, 1,4 meter deep is completely private. There is a terrace right by the pool with comfortable sun loungers. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Because the pool is just in front of the porch, you can easily keep an eye on the children while sitting in the shade or having a fresco meal.
The owners manage other properties in the area and have furnished this property with many comforts such as air-conditioning, smart tv, Bluetooth music system and, wi-fi. The interior is bright and in contrast with the more rustic wooden beams in the ceilings.
