Comfortable country house with private swimming pool. Only 15 km southeast of Lucca and walking distance to a village. Cleaning service included in the price.
Rare combination of a completely detached house, surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, flat child-friendly lawns and private pool, with walking distance to a small village. The location is only 15 minutes drive southeast of Lucca. It is a typical, small Tuscan small village with a square where the elderly inhabitants sit in the shadow discussing the events of the day.
There is also possibility of smaller purchases in the small grocery store or at the local butcher. You can also take a cappuccino at the small bar together with the locals. There is also a restaurant within a short distance.
The area is famous for its beautiful ancient camellias that seem to be especially good here. It is also held a yearly exhibition in the spring where the beautiful old villas in the area open their parks to allow the public to view these beautiful flowers.
From the house it is very easy to explore not only Lucca but also more famous sites such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra or Cinque Terre. In about 30 minutes drive you can also reach the Versilia coast with its long, sandy beaches.
The swimmingpool (13x7 mt x 1,40 mt depth) is private and is not shared with anyone. Next to the pool there is a kind of stone-lined surface with comfortable sun loungers. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The close distance to the pool is perfect for those parents who would like to watch their children while enjoying the shade.
The owner has furnished the house with all modern comfort such as a/c, wifi, flat screen and Bluetooth stereo. The interiors are in nice, cosy Tuscan style with visible wooden ceilings but yet modern and light.

Ground floor: kitchen, open space with dining area and sitting room, twin bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room.
First Floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Huset levede til fulde op til beskrivelsen og billederne. Synes faktisk området omkring selve huset var bedre end vi lige havde forudset. Mange oliventræer og virkeligt pænt med lille by i bakkerne bag huset. Godt udstyret hus i det hele taget. Vi vasee more

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie. Appo er en dejlig bolig og ligger dejligt med en flot udsigt. Den ligger fint for ture i området og til Lucca. Det ligger også fint for cykling i området ved Monte Serra.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Il Grappolo. Et dejligt veludstyret hus. Dejligt at komme til et hus hvor der er toiletpapir, køkkenrulle karklude etc. Passende antal håndklæder og dejligt med vaskemaskine! Den overdækkede terrasse var også et dejligt sposee more
Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Il Grappolo. Et dejligt veludstyret hus. Dejligt at komme til et hus hvor der er toiletpapir, køkkenrulle karklude etc. Passende antal håndklæder og dejligt med vaskemaskine! Den overdækkede terrasse var også et dejligt spot, da det under vores ophold blev ret varmt. Roligt område og skøn udsigt og tæt på dejlig restaurant.
