This place offers you the highly requested accomodation form which means a completely private house with private pool and a small village within walking distance.
The house is brand new with beautiful interiors in a modern style in contrast to the beautiful, exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. A successful combination to emphasize the Tuscan style in a lighter and brighter version. Each room has large glass doors opening up to the garden which allow the light to flow in.
The house consists of:
Entrance into living room with kitchen corner and smart tv (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle). The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, each with its own bathroom, so the house is not only suitable for families with children but also for two couples travelling together.
There is a double room with a wheelchair friendly bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined together) with a private bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a fenced, child-friendly garden with grassy areas and olive trees.
The view from the house and the garden is overlooking the olive groves.
The 8,5 x 5 meter swimming pool, with a depth of 1.40 mt is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a covered terrace (with barbecue) where you can eat your meals outdoors or just sit in the shade and check the children in the pool. There is also lounge furniture where you can relax or have a drink before dinner.
The house is equipped with safe, ironing facilities, washing machine, air conditioning, internet wifi, mosquito nets.
The very helpful owners Cristina and Marco live in the neighboring house and will keep the pool clean for you without disturbing your privacy.

Der Besitzer Marco ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei Problemen schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft.

Veel privacy, voldoende zitjes voor schaduw en zon, goede zit- en ligstoelen. Sympathieke eigenaar Marco is direct beschikbaar voor het geval dat nodig mocht zijn. Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa en strand bereikbaar binnen 20-45 minuten. Restaurant in het dorp is prima, wel even oppassen , Italiaanse wegen zijn niet voorbereid op voetgangers.

The space and privacy of the pool and garden, the comfort and cleanliness of the place, we felt right at home. There isn't so much nearby, 6 minute drive to local supermarkets, 3 minutes to a nice little restaurant....but it's very well placed for lesee more

There isn't so much nearby, 6 minute drive to local supermarkets, 3 minutes to a nice little restaurant....but it's very well placed for less than 30 minute drives to the town of Lucca, Pisa, and 'Golden Words' park - would reccomend them all. Marco who looks after the property and lives nearby is an absolute diamond and a character that will be remembered as part of our holiday. Lovely place, great memories, this is what AirBnb should always be like. Exemplary. Thanks.

Vi havde lejet Orlando i Toscana fra den 15.-22.juli. Det fungerede super fint med vores bestilling, jeg skriver altid til Danitalia, hvis vi holder ferie i Italien, meget nemt at skrive på dansk sammen med Elisabeth, som er meget hjælpsom. En handicapvenlig bolig anviste Elisabeth og det var den. Det fungerede upåklageligt efter mit handicap. Jeg mangler et ben, og sidder i kørestol. Hele boligen var meget kørestolsvenlig og der var et nemt tilgængeligt bad. En badestol er en nødvendighed at medbringe hjemmefra, hvis man er afhængig af en sådan. Christina ville prøve at anskaffe en sådan. Vi havde vores egen private swimmingpool, hvilket gjorde, at jeg kom i poolen efter 10 år uden at være kommet i en pool. Der var trapper ned i poolen, og med faldunderlag på, således de ikke var glatte. Vi havde en meget flot udsigt fra huset, og vi kørte rundt i meget smukke omgivelser af oliven - parker. Et meget venligt par, som vi boede ved i Italien, de var meget hjælpsomme. Vi havde en kanon god ferie i Italien, vi kommer gerne igen.
