Lucca - Villa

Arnolfa is located just north of Lucca, has private pool and wonderful outdoor areas. The estate consists of 2 seperated units situated just next to each other. Each house has its own private terrace, one of these big enough for dining together. From the well-furnished terraces you can enjoy a wonderful view over classic Tuscan landscape with Lucca town in the background.

This holiday home is located halfway up a hill at 150 mt altitude, surrounded by approx. 8,000 sqm olive grove in the coveted area "Pieve Santo Stefano" about 7.5 km north of Lucca. You will be staying in the middle of the most beautiful Tuscan nature, with rich opportunities for hiking. There are views of the city from both the very large covered pergola, which is located in the immediate extension of the living room, as well as from the 10 x 4 mt swimming pool with a graduated depth from 1.50 mt. to 2.00 mt. The pool is private and is not shared with others. It is located on a slightly higher level than the villa surrounded by sunbeds, from which you can enjoy wonderful views. It is mandatory to monitor bathing children.

This place is perfect for two families travelling together but who still wish to maintain their own privacy. The location combines the quietness of the Tuscan countryside with still being close to the city of Lucca and other main attractions of Tuscany as well as the international airports.

Arnolfa has been completely refurbished while retaining the original structure and division, and you will be able to admire the antique wooden beams in the ceilings and terra cotta stone floors.
The decor is homely Tuscan coziness with good taste.

The biggest unit is on two floors and arranged as follows:
entrance from the furnished pergola, to very spacious and well-appointed living room with sofas and fireplace. Three steps up you reach the dining room with the characteristic wooden long table, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large gas burner with 5 burners, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster).
Still on the ground floor level you find a double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is a small living room with sofa and satellite TV, one bedroom with double bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
This house does not have aircondition.

The smaller house is on three floors, has air condition and consists of:
Open living room /kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, washing machine) with dinning table. WC.
On the first floor there is a small living room with TV, a bedroom with a ”French-double bed”, a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single bed and with a single bed built in the wall like an alcove (length 1,80 mt).

The houses are furnished in a very attractive Tuscan country-house style with all comforts.
In front of the house there is a beautiful and comfortable dining area, ideal for fresco meals. We are sure you are going to spend most of your time here enjoying the views.

There is a characteristic stone oven if you want to practice Tuscan cooking.

We point out that the last 200 mt approx. to this wonderful place takes place on well-maintained gravel road.

In addition: the famous restaurant Vipore is located within 2 km - supermarket and other shopping in the village of S. Alessio about 6 km. Table tennis.
