Description
This beautiful private pool country home is set in a secluded and panoramic position on the hills north-west of Lucca. The breathtaking views can be fully enjoyed from the terrace in front of the house, where there is a dining table for al fresco meals, as well as from the newly built 12 x 4 mt swimming pool. Next to the property there is a Romanic church which is in use just once per year to celebrate the patron saint.
The house has been recently totally restored with great attention to details. Hence, they have furnished the villa with all the needed comforts, including modern private bathrooms for each bedroom, wifi connection, a large American fridge and smart televisions.
Despite being located on top of a hill in a very secluded and quiet position, this villa is only a 10 minute-drive from a village. Here you can find a supermarket, a bar, a newspaper agent (with international magazines), an ATM, a fruit and vegetable shop and a couple of simple restaurants. The beautiful city of Lucca is 13 Km from the house (approx. a 25-minute drive) while the renowned beaches of the Versilia coast and the nearest motorway exit are both at approx. 30 minutes' drive thus the villa is set in an ideal position for those looking to relax in the Tuscan countryside while being able to easily explore this part of the Tuscan region.
The caretaker lives on the rear of the building and is available to support clients during their vacation. She has separate access and in no way interferes with the client's privacy. Cooking services can be organized.
The layout of the house is perfect for groups of friends looking to spend time together while retaining their privacy.
