Detached stone house with private pool and housekeeping, located in the southern Tuscan region known as "Maremma".This is a very beautiful part of Tuscany, famous for its unspoiled wilderness, its national parks and for its spectacular Mediterranean coast. This stretch has been awarded the Blue Flag, as a symbol of the very clean bathing water. There are beautiful sandy beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see.The owners of the property have an organic farm, where they have developed their own extracts and essential oils in a complete range of natural cosmetics, dietary supplements and herbal teas. The pre-existing stone-built farmhouse has been completely renovated with respect for local architectural traditions and is now a beautifully furnished eco-farm that reflects the owners' love of nature. It is furnished in a lovely natural style but equipped with all modern amenities, including a high-speed internet connection, which is not easily found in this area.Sarbera is divided into two living units. In the main building there are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, giving guests complete independence and privacy.In front, in a separate building located at a lower level, there is a large open-plan living space, divided into a large dining area, kitchen and a covered veranda. On the ground floor of the main building lives the housekeeper, who takes care of the property. Housekeeping 3 hours x 5 days a week, light bio breakfast 6 days a week included in the price. She is also available if you wish other meals (price to be agreed on site).The secluded location is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, in harmony with nature.A beautiful 12 x 4 meter stone-built swimming pool and a jacuzzi have been installed in a panoramic position, from where you can enjoy the view over the surrounding landscape and the Maremma coast. It is mandatory to supervise bathing children.For those who feel like leaving this paradise, we recommend a trip to the world-famous Saturnia spa, which also has a beautiful 18-hole golf course. The Etruscan villages of Pitigliano and Sovana, both within a 25-minute drive, and the Vulci archaeological park, just ten minutes away, offer ample opportunities to immerse yourself in local history.We can also recommend a day at the beach in the beautiful Capalbio, which is only 30 minutes from the property. After a trip to one of these destinations, you will undoubtedly enjoy the experience of a jacuzzi herbal bath, in front of the sunset.OTHER: Maid service is included 3 hours a day 5 days a week.
