Description
Detached house located on a country estate with the best possible location in the Montaione area. Very large well-kept park with rich opportunities for an active holiday. Unique views of classic Tuscan Chianti countryside. Pool and WiFi.
The house has private entrance and a private furnished terrace. It is located on a property with five other houses, spread over a large area with varying terrain where one can stroll and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The 14 x 8 meters large, fenced swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 mt. is surrounded by sun loungers in the middle of the park and shared between all the apartments. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
In addition to the pool there is also a Paddle tennis court, football pitch, a boules court, table tennis, paths starts in the park and carries into the forest suitable both for walking, jogging and tours in mountain bike. There is also an artificial lake where you can fish if you bring your own equipment. This is the place you dream about if you want to be active during their vacation in Tuscany. Moreover a large enclosures where ostriches and alpacas live will keep you company - and the children will for sure love it.
The house, very bright with comfortable spaces, is spread over one level (sloping ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta bricks and wooden floors) and is furnished in a cozy way. It is divided as follows:
entrance to the dining area (TV) with well equipped open kitchen (oven with gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, kettle) from which an arched passage leads to the living area with big glass doors that make the room particularly bright and offer a beautiful view of the large garden and the Tuscan hills. There is a fireplace and TV. From this room you have direct access to the large covered veranda equipped with an outdoor seating area, BBQ.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area which consists of a large double bedroom with "en suite" bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to the garden, a double bedroom, a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Other: supermarket, restaurant/pizzeria and more in Montaione km. 3, Golf Castelfalfi km. 8- very nice osteria/trattoria in S.Vivaldo km. 5. Possibility to book a local chef on the spot.
