Its location allows you to reach the baroque cities of Noto, Modica, Ragusa-Ibla, and Scicli in just a few minutes by car, as well as the splendid beaches of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo, the Vendicari reserve, and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

Surrounded by a large natural park of olive and almond trees, the house enjoys a charming view of this picturesque landscape to be enjoyed in complete relaxation from the large terrace, partly covered and equipped for outdoor dining, with the solarium and the saltwater purified pool (without chlorine).

Recently renovated, the villa is spread over a single level, with cozy interior spaces tastefully furnished and divided as follows: living-dining area with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen (oven with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine), two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double with direct access to the outside and one with two single beds that can be joined on request), two bathrooms with shower and amenities. WiFi internet, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito nets.

Accessible from the outside, a second kitchen opens onto the large covered veranda/terrace equipped with BBQ, private garden where the inground pool with salt purification (no chlorine) is located, solarium area, ping pong table.
