This beautiful stone country house is located on a private property with 3 dwellings that share a swimming pool. Comba is detached in a dominant position on the property, with its own private garden 20 meters from the other dwellings. You are very secluded and undisturbed when staying on the panoramic terrace, which is located behind the house. The view here is simply so enchanting that you will probably spend most of your home time here. Ideal house for 2 couples or the small family.

The property is surrounded by 10 hectares of land consisting of gardens, olive groves and fruit trees. A very beautiful and lush place, at the foot of the Apuan hills and located within a national park with ample opportunities for cycling and hiking. The location is super central between Lucca and Viareggio with the long, child-friendly sandy beaches.
