This characteristic stone country house has been restructured and divided into three separate apartments.This property is situated in an agricultural area (production of wine and olive oil) among the hills a few kilometres from the historic centre of Lucca.
In a wonderful panoramic location, just close to the main building, this house is bright & sunny, furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with original beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and all the comforts provided.
Comprises of 3 apartments :
On the ground floor: enter directly into the living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped corner kitchen area (oven with a gas stove, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with a French double-bed (a bit smaller than a normal double-bed), 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: through external stairs you enter into the bright & sunny living area with sofa bed, satellite TV, corner kitchen area (oven, with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine) 2 double bedrooms (of which one bed is a French double-bed) small restroom with sink, 1 bathroom with shower.
On the basement level: enter directly into the living room, which has satellite TV, a fully equipped corner kitchen area (oven with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), 1 double bedroom with exit door to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom.
Outside, in the garden, there are shaded outdoor areas, a sunken pool (6 x 12 meters and 1.50 meters depth) with the most wonderful panoramic view and a BBQ. The pool is shared with another apartment.
Private parking within the property, heating on all levels and air conditioning on the upper level, safety deposit box available. Internet wireless. Washing machine in the basement.
Opportunity to buy the wine and olive oil products from the owner. At the request of the owner, please do not smoke inside the apartments.
