Description
Apartment with access to 2 swimming pools, one 20x8 mt. Small private garden. Outstanding views of the rolling countryside, with Siena in the background.
An apartment divided into two floors situated in a large rustic complex dating back to the Middle Ages, not far from the small village of Asciano. Here you have a 360 degrees view over the rolling landscape with Siena in the background. A 6x5 mt swimming pool and a bigger one of 20 x 8 meters are at the guests disposal. In all, there are 28 apartments on the property but it is not a tourist resort, many apartments are occupied by Italians who live there now and then.
In the small village of Asciano, along the cobblestone streets are the shops and restaurants. This is a lesser known and still unspoiled area in the Siena province.
A small, child friendly and completely fenced garden belongs to Moga, from here you enter the house that consists of:
On the ground floor: living room with Tv and fireplace and a kitchen corner (fridge with freezer, a small oven, gas hob, toaster, American coffee maker), a bedroom with bunk bed (width 80 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with direct access to a terrace with a fantastic view, another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower in the bathtub.
The decor is simple but nice and functional.
The two pools are located in a wonderful position a bit further down the hill. The first pool measure mt. 20 x 8 with a depth of mt. 0,70 to 1,60, the second measure mt. 6 x 5, with a depth of mt. 1,40.
Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
Two reserved parking spots inside the property. Baby bed available on request.
