Ground floor apartment in a typical country house situated in a peaceful area among the hills north of Lucca. Shared pool. Privat covered and furnished terrace.
From the house you have a fantastic view over the surrounding landscape with vineyards and olive groves. This is one of Lucca's most requested areas where it is possible to combine beautiful nature with proximity to the town, just 8 km away.
The house has been restored by the owners who live in another house on the same property. The owner is an architect and he has given his personal touch to the interiors. The terracotta floors and the beamed ceilings features the right Tuscan atmosphere. The house has been provided with modern facilities such as tv, dvd and Internet. Emaa is a detached house but there is another apartment on the upper floor which is rented out. It has a completely separate entrance from the backside of the house.
The apartment consists of :
Entree', living room with satellite tv, dvd recorder and a chair bed, kitchenette (oven, gas cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, micro, kettle), two spacious double rooms, a bathroom with shower.
Washing machine, iron board and iron.
In front of the house there is a comfortably furnished veranda with barbecue where you can enjoy outdoor meals or just relax admiring the beautiful view. The swimming pool (3,85 x 10,80 mt, depth from 1,40 to 2,00 mt) is situated in the garden among the olive trees. It is shared with the owners and the guests in the other apartment. Children in the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times.
Internet access, heating, parking just outside the property.
The owner has a cat.

Ground floor apartment in a renovated farmhouse with private garden and shared pool. Excellent position, not far from Lucca and close to a restaurant/pizzeria. WiFi, A/C. The farmhouse has been recently restored and divided into eight units of which only a few are habitually utilized. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature in one of Lucca's wine regions "Colline Lucchesi" which produces excellent wines. In this area there are also a lot of olive groves used in the preparation of the famous virgin olive oil from Lucca. The house has been restored with great care trying to preserve as much as possible of the original style. There are beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and very characteristic windows called "mandolate" (ones they were used to dry hay in the barn). The apartment is bright with big windows and French doors with access to the private garden with a furnished outdoor area and grill. The swimming pool 12 x 6,50 mt with a varying dept of 1,30 mt to 1,70 mt is situated close to the house and it's shared with the other guests. It is completely fenced but children in or around the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times. The apartment Mandolata is on two floors and consists of: Big and bright living room with sofa bed, tv and kitchen corner (gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine). A bathroom with shower, store room with washing machine. On the first floor there is a spacious double bed room, a bed room with twin beds with "mandolata" windows, a bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Private parking inside the property, heating and internet connection. The last 450 mt to the property is gravel road. Very bright and spacious apartment with swimming pool, children's pool, WiFi and air conditioning, located in a unique panoramic position overlooking the hilly classical countryside, a few km north of Lucca city. The apartment is on the first floor of an antique stone building, a former monastery that has been restored for living. It is a very characteristic stone building with the antique "bifora" windows, from which you can enjoy views over the olive grove, vineyards and with the city of Lucca itself in the background. Here, 7 Italian and foreign families have found their common holiday paradise in Tuscany. Some apartments are rented out and a family lives here permanently and looks after the place. The pool area is on the south side of the house with access on a path through the olive grove where the vegetation by choice of the owners is left to grow naturally. Here you have a large pool of 8 x 12 meters and a graduated depth of 0.9-1.50 mt., as well as a children's pool of 4 x 4 mt, 0.40 cm deep (children must always be supervised, also when in the children's pool). By the pool area there are shared sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool area is shared between the apartments. The apartment includes a beautiful private terrace/outdoor area, furnished for outdoor dining with nice garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The private terrace is about 20 meters from the apartment's entrance along a country road with very little traffic, with a full view of the hills and Lucca's ancient towers in the background. The apartment itself is located with outdoor stairs to the 1st floor, and is spread over 2 floors, consisting of: Entrance to large, bright kitchen-dining room with a modern and well-equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nordic coffee machine, toaster, boiler. In the living room you also have a dining table and a comfortable sofa area with TV. WC. It is a very bright and large room with a beautiful view from the characteristic Bifora windows, a cozy atmosphere with wooden floors and the traditional Tuscan antique wooden beams in the ceilings. An angled staircase leads to the upper floor with the beautiful sloping ceilings with wooden beams, consisting of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with showers (hair dryer).
