The house is surrounded by a big, completely fenced garden with olive trees and large grass areas. Very suitable for families with children. Inside the property you are sort of "isolated from the rest of the world" but yet you can walk to the little village where there is a small supermarket shops, a bar and a restaurant.
The position between the provinces of Lucca and Pisa is advantageous for exploring other parts of Tuscany but the lovely neighbor hood also offers great opportunities for nice walks between the hills covered with wine and olive groves.
Tiglione has been newly restored and has 7 bed rooms and 6 very nice bathrooms. In the house you will find all modern comfort such as internet wi-fi, air condition and satellite tv.

In front of the house there is beautiful furnished patio, perfect for fresco meals from here you have nice view over the garden of 10.000 m2. In the garden you will find the private pool 12 x 6 mt, 1,40 mt deep. Around the pool there are deck chairs, a shower and other equipment. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.

In the well kept garden you will also have your own private tennis court. Rackets and balls available on the spot included in the price.

The interiors in Tiglione are very bright and tasteful and the house is furnished in a more modern style than many other country houses but still the beamed ceilings and the stone floors preserve the right Tuscan atmosphere. Everything is nice and charming.

The house are on two floors and consist of:
Entrance through a spacious hall, a living room with fireplace and satellite tv, dining room and a well equipped kitchen (kitchen range, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, micro, American coffee machine). From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is also a wc.
From the hall you enter a small separate apartment with a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a living room with kitchen corner (kitchen range, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, micro, American coffee machine) a bathroom with shower. From the apartment it is direct exit to the garden.

Through a wide stair from the hall you reach the first floor where there are 5 bed rooms. Three double rooms and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms also has a Jacuzzi tub.
This house is perfect for big families or groups since there is a lot of space but still with privacy for each one.

Parking inside the property. Washing machine and iron /iron board available.
The landlord occationally live in a small house inside the property. They are very helpful in case of need but they does not interfere with the guests' privacy.
