The house is brand new with beautiful interiors in a modern style in contrast to the beautiful, exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. A successful combination to emphasize the Tuscan style in a lighter and brighter version. Each room has large glass doors opening up to the garden which allow the light to flow in.
The house consists of:
Entrance into living room with kitchen corner and smart tv (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle). The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, each with its own bathroom, so the house is not only suitable for families with children but also for two couples travelling together.
There is a double room with a wheelchair friendly bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined together) with a private bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a fenced, child-friendly garden with grassy areas and olive trees.
The view from the house and the garden is overlooking the olive groves.
The 8,5 x 5 meter swimming pool, with a depth of 1.40 mt is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a covered terrace (with barbecue) where you can eat your meals outdoors or just sit in the shade and check the children in the pool. There is also lounge furniture where you can relax or have a drink before dinner.
The house is equipped with safe, ironing facilities, washing machine, air conditioning, internet wifi, mosquito nets.
The very helpful owners Cristina and Marco live in the neighboring house and will keep the pool clean for you without disturbing your privacy.
