A completely detached stone house that is situated in a spectacular position with wonderful views over the Trasimeno Lake and the lush hilly landscape around.
The house has been restored and divided into three separate apartments which makes it perfect for a group or a big family travelling together.Perfect for a relaxing holiday in beautiful scenery, but still very convenient to make trips to some of Umbria's most beautiful and interesting places, Assisi, Perugia and Cortona in Tuscany. It is also possible to swim at the Trasimeno lake and along the promenade there are several nice restaurants.One can also take the ferry and visit one of the islands in the lake.
The house is surrounded by a 3500 m2 big and well maintained garden where the 5x10 mt big, private swimming pool is placed. It has a depth of 1,50 mt. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
The first apartment on the ground floor consists of:
Private entrance, living room with TV, fireplace. Dining area and kitchen corner (gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
The second apartment on the ground floor consists of:
Private entrance, living room with TV, fireplace and sofa bed. Dining area and kitchen corner (gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave,American coffee machine), a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
In front of the apartments there is a furnished patio.
No connection between these two apartments inside.
The apartment on the upper floor consists of:
Entrance from the 40 m2 big furnished terrace, living room with tv and fire place. Dining place and kitchen corner (gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine), a double bedroom, a twin bedroom , one bathroom with shower.
Both apartments are decorated in rustic style with beamed ceilings. They are simple but functional.
Access to laundry, internet wi-fi, parking inside the property, heating, air conditioning (use upon payment), electric vehicle charging point (use upon payment).
